I quit porn at the beginning of 2025. I want to have sex and masturbate. I can't get aroused for either without thinking about pornographic images. I find that there is no other option than to think about porn if I can't watch it. I don't know how to learn or practice getting aroused and I don't want to wait around forever to see if arousal happens after a certain amount of time.
I can't do flatlining.

How long, exactly, have you been 100% full no PMO?
I found that flat line doesn't last all that long, when I am actually sober. Of course, to a sex addict like myself, even a day can feel like eternity.
However, it certainly isn't. It's the dramatic castrophizing that I do in my head.
As my sponsor told me,
