I can't eat

I have the extact same issue . It has to do with your nervous system . Anxiety.

 

I don't understand you. Just have lots of snacks/food with you. And if you can't eat a lot what's the problem? everyone has his needs. Peace

no, if you can't eat a lot start eating a little bit more every day, until your body gets used to it. or it calorie dense food. But i don't find eating not so much food an issue.

 

It could very well be a withdrawal symptom. Don't quote me on that but . I recall when I did 10 days of NoFap . I felt as if my stomach and anxiety were either gone or at the lowest it's ever been .

 

I would ride it out like you said and see what happens!

 

Hey man I got this very early in a previous streak it's withdrawal
Symptoms like what you have to do is sort of force yourself like just try and eat little bits at a time like lots of tiny meals

 

try drinking water, also read these two paragraphs. Don't dismiss it as simply withdrawal symptoms.

I had the same issue last week. I had lost my appetite. I normally know my way at the dinner table but I just couldn't even find enjoyment in my food. It would take a very long time just to chew and swallow it down.
