Classic Hollywood monsters like they don't show private parts, it literally just cut off. It sucks that in my mind " that's still nudity " which is count as relapse? ... I fucking hate my life

My opinion is that if it causing you to masterbate, then yes it would be a relapse. But if it's part of a show or movie that you are watching and you see it and just keep watching the movie or show then it is not a relapse.

" In my mind what if that thing is a female just jacked up? That mean I'm looking at nudity "... Then i starting to doubt about relapse again... Once again this is just my opinion, but it seems to me you are stressing out too much about what is a relapse and what is not a relapse. I believe we all need our own definition of it and let it evolve over time. For example when I got serious about NoFap my definition of a relapse was when i watched cam shows, or actively searched for porn. I found I had stopped watching porn but starting do online adult chats, so I had to start counting that as a relapse. Over time my definition of porn has evolved and now includes going to strip clubs alone.
By my definition if you are watching this anime character as part of the show and not masterbating to her at any time (when you're watching the show or later) then it's not a relapse.
I would say take a minute, and stop and ask yourself this question, "What is that i will currently master bate too?" Start with that as your definition of a relapse.

Go to the sixtine chappel in rome and you will also see nudity. No problem with that. The problem is your problematic behaviour and your misguided relationship you have with your own sexuality. Not nudity and not that porn exists.
There is a really nice story of an old bishop from roman times. He and some other bishops had a meeting while a beautiful prostitute was walking in. The other people covered their eyes. Nonnus, which was his name watched calmely. But he did not watch with lust, rather he got upset with himself in humilty, because "he did not put so much effort in decorating his soul as this women put effort in decorating her body".
Its a little bit ridicoulus story, but I like it. It shows that not the object is the problem, but the intention of the eyes looking at it.

I don't count days on streaks because to me there is not some magic number of days you reach and are cured of an addiction. I do keep a journal where I have several questions I answer that will help me live my best life. One of the questions is "Did I avoid porn today?" The goal is to check Yes in that box and I just looked and I am currently at 68 days.

i get what your saying, alot of movies now adays i believe are intentionally doing this . its because sex sells and directors use KEY words and KEy angles .
whe you watch a movie your mind is responded to alot of stimulus, movie directors want your brain working overtime they focus in as much drame action suspense in every scene that they can and sexual ques are also portrayed . really depends on the movie, but there are some movies that are there to intentionally produce a reaction its why they sell vertain movie types to women and certain types to mem and yes it can be very annoying because its essentially stimulating yhe sex drive and hormones this is why i tend to watch alot of low threshold shows that aren't heavily based in sexuality . mostly shows that arent constantly in your face
i mean the anount if movies that have sex scenes in the them or intense heavy petting and kissing I honestly i dont want to watch that if i wanted to watch that i would choose to watch porn not sitting in a room full of strangers or when im trying to chill ..its like yeah thanks for the awkward moment here between the garbage dialogue and storyline .
. not all bad off course some good movies but always hate watching sex scenes in movies. i dont find them a turn on i find them uncomfortable.but yes the sexual tension between people gets annoying . and charged they do this on purpose to hold your attention.i tend to avoid alot of movies that feel overly intense and trying to provoke a reaction in the audience i dont have the attention span for a lot of movies these days because they are draining to watch for two hours , so fortunately for me i mostly watch animated , some tv series , documentaries and i pick and choose movies depending in my mood but mostly i play pc with music ir something and some light entertainment in the background. id day like 70-80% of recent movies and tv series are packed with something triggering which gets a bit exhausting when your trying to do NoFap or just control your impulses in general

Keep it simple my friend. Looking at things isn’t relapse. Watching porn and masturbating is. Remind yourself of this daily. Do not worry beyond that. I know it’s hard with anxiety but it is possible. Keep your mind busy with other positive things like writing, reading, working out, etc
