I cant focus on study work because of urges

I know... I did that a lot. But since I am in hard mode if I did that I would have to reset my counter. I had an obsession for sexy dance of a korean group, which I kind of miss, but my streak is more important.

 

I know the feeling. I just started this programme an hour ago. Yesterday I just said '£$%$ it!' got it out of my system and did my study. Yes I masturbated etc.

What I have done in the past and will have to do when I feel like you do and I will - is go to somewhere public like a library, a coffee shop where ever. That helps me as I am so ego driven I like people to see how 'with it' I am.

If you cannot do that try and get away from the computer, get active and do something has also worked for me. Its great to get away and that is like a mini reboot.
