    Everyday, it comes. Everyday, I am stuck alone in my house and I can't do anything, and that's when my porn addiction takes advantage of me. What do I do?

    Get out of the house. Take a walk. You are not helpless. You may be powerless over your addiction but you are not helpless. Take it one day at a time. Decide to stay sober for one day.
