    I am on day 112 rn and am suffering from PIED, I have been doing my best to avoid fantasizing but I just caught myself fantasizing about a girl i know irl, first person, and vanilla. Does this count as a relapse or no?

    Nope, it depends which goals/guidelines you’re holding yourself to. Although in all honestly I wouldn’t dare call this a relapse, unless it becomes a repetitive task.

    thanks man, since then I can get it up simply by the touch alone with no fantasy now, and my flashbacks to PMO are mostly gone and when it does happen they're generic and not of things I actually have seen! I hope I recover by month 7
