I dont know but sometimes I think I'm pretty lucky.

Today I'm not going to watch porn because I don't want too its that simple. I have better things to think about. Today I rather think about the friends I want to be around and the climbing adventures I want to have. I do not need the shame guilt or the lack of confidence I will feel from porn.

I dont know what I'm doing with my life or why i even exist.

Again to be fair, I have said "no porn" not no self-pleasure so I think I'm doing this nofap thing on "easy mode."

Starting tomorrow - my next challenge is going to reduce and eliminate coffee. I think I just need a base line of how many cups of coffee I drink a day and thats going to take some research. I also need to research the best way to quit coffee.

Day 20
Had some difficulties with socializing and communication. I can't get hold of my thoughts, they're just all over. I feel lost between what's good and what's bad. I felt that I was on my way of total self distraction. I felt jealous because my fellows were free of PMO and they could easily achieve what they want. I had a big burden at night and I couldn't sleep.
It's because of all this I'll keep pushing to the other side.

I got a bit confused lately, for one reason, scientists say that it is a natural thing to masturbate and a pretty common thing for human organs, for another they say that one can't live with no masturbation and that his body with persist only for a short duration and side effects could happen then. I just wanted to know is that true? had any of u had a long term experience?

My opinion is masturbation is healthy porn is not. Therefore, I am totally fine with self-pleasure as long as I'm away from my computer and not on porn sites. Therefore i have no problem with masturbation but I do have many problems with the whole porn industry for its treatment of women and for the addictions it creates. I am also a bit annoyed that the intimate act of sex has become so public. Maybe i'm too conservative and uptight. I have no idea.

I decided I need to restart my counter so I'm at day one once again.

Oh well what can you do its not the end of the world. My target is still to not watch porn and not to engage in an industry that is harmful to humans. My goal is still to build a healthy expression of sexuality that is respectful to myself and others. So the fact that I'm still committed to my goal is all that really matters here. I mean so long as I don't go to those porn sites that is...

Anyways, the reason I'm at day 1 again is that I googled (but did not go to a porn site) a porn star yesterday. I caught myself as I was doing it. The first photos of her that come up are her fully clothed then they got more racey. I decided I need to be accountable to this action. I don't even know why I did this really. I guess because attractive people, wanting to see good looking humans and probably boredom.

Today in the news I heard about a teacher who was charged with possession of a very illegal and dangerous form of porn. That was motivation to continue to keep to this "don't go to porn sites" idea of mine. Like I do not want the guilt or shame of accidentally clicking on the wrong thing. I do not need the consequences of accidentally viewing illegal porn or the legal consequence of such actions in my life. Anyways, just more reasons for staying away from porn. I'm not going to jail because I clicked on the wrong thing. For that matter I should just be careful in general on the internet.
