I constantly wake up at 6AM wtf..?

    In the past few days I've noticed that I constantly wake up at 6AM, it's so annoying.. :mad:
    And the thing is that soon as I wake up, I get extremely horny to the point that I can't sleep anymore ._.

    That's it.
    My body is starting to give me signals to stop doing NoFap for now.
    It was a great experience and I learned a lot about my body and about what I'm capable of but it just got to the point where I don't find any joy from doing it anymore.
    I'm way too horny, which causes me to be hyperactive and nervous.
    Sht, I don't even know how to end this letter..

    It doesn't worth it man,
    being hyperactive like ****, over-energized, nervous and horny 24/7 like a sexual predator.
    If I at least had a girlfriend and a sexual life then I'd look at it differently for sure, but as for now? NO.
    The first 3 weeks of NoFap were fun but after that it turned into a struggle.
    I'd seriously prefer to fap once or twice a week and to stay calm instead of being constantly horny.

    You think 6 is bad, it's 4 a.m. for me. And it sucks ass. Cause I'm supposed to be getting 7.5 to 8 hrs a night but if I'm going to bed at 10 that's only 6. Sometimes I can go back to sleep but it's never quality sleep and even then I have to wake up by 6 for work. Usually my 4 a.m. wakeup includes being hard though the quality varies quite a bit from night to night.

    It's frustrating cause when I was fapping I could go to bed at 10, wake at 6 without an alarm and sleep that whole time through.

    Then why do you continue doing nofap? it makes no sense..

    Day 13 as of tomorrow... but not my first streak by any means. I'm doing NoFap to get rid of the PIED that has kept me from properly f***ing my wife for about 3 years now. If I have to pay the price of bad sleep to get my manhood back, well it sucks but that's what I'm intent on doing. And I'm holding out hope it's only temporary.
     
  7. if you are that struggling I would just fap but without using porn. You just release it and that's it, move on and continue your journey. I am not expert, but if you have two bads you need to chose the least bad and that's fapping. Porn is what you have you stay away from at any cost.

    From my experience, I had that insomnia for the first 3 weeks, but then it normalized. I start hitting the gym, taking cold showers, breathing exercises and I think all that helped. I feel horny too, but I am determined to stick to my mission

    Hey, listen NoFap is worth doing. Waking up at 6 am is a good sign it's because you have more energy and your body want a you to do productive things. Get up and workout you'll feel amazing the rest of the day.
