It may be hard but try to start small when building up your social circle. Porn addiction is something that makes you crave female attention and thirst for sex because you always watch people having it you want it yourself. I suggest working on your own goals first and improving your life for yourself instead of doing it to get female attention.

 

You can change, you are greater than what people tell you. Maybe you are a shy, introverted guy rn, but it doesn't you mean you will be forever like this. Find out things which is holding back, and eliminate them. F*ck negatives. Nobody knows you better than yourself.

No te dejes creer esas mierdas. Tu sabes cuantos pendejisimos "alfas" hay sueltos por la vida real? Yo los veo todo el tiempo. Los idiotas en el gimnasio que estan buscando carne para desplazar su testosterona porque no pueden durar una semana sin soltar un polvo, los jefes / ceo que estan tratando de comerse la secretaria o los que son incompetentes y tratan de hablar mucho para esconder su incompetencia......ejemplos interminables. En mi experiencia, un alfa es un constructo pendejo pero la gente mas alfa que conozco tienen:

- planes de vida/ proposito para su vida y como afecta las vidas de otros
- redes de amistades verdaderas
- no pretenden ser perfectos y aceptan sus imperfecciones
- siempre tratan de mejorarse en todas las fases.
