    I am cleaning my virtual houses, Offshore and onshore. I am doing my best when I ready stuff here!! I want to heal. I just prayed to God and thank him for the strength of passing my mouse cursor selecting the drug, viewing the snippets, and not falling into PMO !!
    thank God, I could select and not watch but delete.
    It was weird I feel my heartbeat rising and a kind of weird fear.
    I prayed God for Straight and I deleted then completely and I'm going to IG to unfollow any adult Entertainer I follow including female Rappers.
    I always open my windows wide open let the light penetrate my room!

    You are on the right path! Keep it going! I know how hard it is to delete all porn. Don't forget to delete your porn bookmarks in your browsers. I did this when I started. Got rid of all porn and porn-related stuff. If you are on Reddit, unjoin all the NSFW subreddits and then go into the settings and block pornographic stuff. I don't know what search engine you have for your browsers but I strongly suggest Swisscows because they won't give you porn results no matter the search. Swisscows is located at swisscows.com. I switched from Google to Swisscows. Just a few ideas. Good luck and keep up the great work!

    I read I should Accept the H OCD I'm worried and disturbed of. It makes me feel very bad and my thought is still so awful! But I believe with time away from PMO and any p@rn image will heal me! Honestly, the brain works in a weird way, it seems to bring up my worst fears all the time making an escape hard but I believe in healing!

    Excuse me? "Time away from PMO and ANY porn image will heal you?" Uh no. If you stop PMO long enough, those urges of H OCD will hopefully fade away. If you go back to porn and look at any image, you will relapse back to your porn addiction. If your porn addiction is allowed to flow, regular porn won't excite you anymore so you'll be looking for more and more radical porn. I would HIGHLY recommend you quit PMO for an extended time. I am doing it for at least three months but I set shorter goals. For example, I started at the end of October so I set a goal of October 31. On November 1st, I reassessed and decided to accept the No Nut Challenge which means no PMO for the month of November. I'll reassess on December 2nd and probably go until December 31. Eventually setting these small goals will get me to my much larger goal. I will never look at porn again. Do you know how much criminal activity happens behind the scenes? Rape, kidnapping, human trafficking. I refuse to be a party to that. I know the porn industry won't budge because I stopped watching but if enough people stop, they'll notice and maybe clean it up.

    Better do some groundwork as well. Like sitting down with yourself, taking time and writing down why you want to quit, etc. This way, you'll know that you need to quit this forever rather than take this as mere challenge
