I did nofap for 90 days but benefits decreased...

Hello my friends!
So i'm interested in nofap for like 1 year and i did no pmo for 1 month few times and it felt really good, i felt these benefits. My last reboot was for 3 months!(it was clear NoFap maybe 2-3 times looking at porn but 0 relapsing) I did it but... My first month was really good like always. I felt energy and motivation. The 2nd month wasn't that good, it was normal but third month was bad.. I didn't feel good and after these 90 days of nofap i decided to masturbate for my first time after rebooting. It felt great and surprisingly on the next day i felt like a freaking god. I was talking with my crush without any stress. I was joking with other girls. I felt sooo good this day so i decided to fap again but max once a day. Next 2 days was great too but after a week of fapping i felt like a shit again. I couldn't even look at my crush and i hadn't energy. I decided to go on nofap again and i'm at day 7. Nofap isn't problem for me anymore but i dont know is it good for me. I'm thinking about doing NoFap for 1 month or 2 weeks and then masturbate one time.. What do you think about it? I really dont need masturbate or porn but i just want to know what's the best for me.​
