Ok I have a confession, I've started playing runescape again. . . Its been almost 4 years since I played this game and man a lot of stuff has changed. I kinda like it because I can put 3-5 hrs in the game and not be addicted to it like WOW (World of Warcrack). Just thought I mention what has resurfaced into my life.

Can you feel it ? can you feel me judging on you right now ? :))

Hey man , do whatever you wanna do , just don't let it get out of hand. Excessive gaming can be just as bad as anything else as long as you're ignoring important aspects of your real life.

haha i have over 1400+ on steam on one game and when i added all the games i played divided the hours by days it was over 100 days of gaming! I am judging myself but i think i could of done soo much more productive things, i used to use gaming as a 'coping' method, to mask the PMO addiction, but upon my frustration and boredom during gaming i would seek a release trough PMO, in truth gaming is among the worst things i would recommend or due to a PMO addict, one of the reason is that there is literally nothing between you and the Porn to prevent you from escaping trough it, just a click away in many ways. Occasionally gaming i can tolerate somewhat but to have it replace the addiction is not 'healing' its just coping method, that will eventually offset the addict back to the addiction. - Just my 2 cents.

Ha ha see that's reason why I started palying Runescape, it really does help with the PMO withdrawals. I become more focused about leveling up that getting off to internet porn.
