other than the good feeling I get from being able to say to myself that I haven't PMO'd in like six days (which is great don't get me wrong!) I don't feel much different. I feel like I have more control over my urges and more of a reason not to act on them. and I feel like I can make a decent run at this. but I don't feel much different. I hear people say they have more energy after one week and I just don't see that in my own life. I took a nap the last three days strait! am I lazy, have I not given it enough time? I just feel like I should be experiencing something more.

I could use some encouragement if you had it. thanks again

Give it time. Don't have any expectations until after 30 days. Everyone will feel different. You may be flatlining already.

Im the same actually, I am on 9 days and dont feel much different. I think lots of things can affect it though such as stress. I've been very busy and dealing with peoples relationship issues, and feeling down about my own self being single for the last 3 months so that might be the reason for me, who knows. But Ive not noticed any difference in my social confidence or anything

Even if you guys didn't feel any difference would you like to go back and masturbate to porn in front of the computer in the dark alone? I wouldn't... luckily for me i start noticing diferences almost immediately just give it some time it is going to be worth it!

I feel different but not really in a good way. I was bouncing off the walls over the weekend trying to find anything to do to keep from Fapping or worse doing it to porn. A little better today cause Im back at school but Im feeling very edgy.

I have to keep fighting this rationalization that I have to at least MO to relieve the stress. Had a quiz this am that I feel good about but now that its over I'm like feeling really stressed like I need to release this energy. Im hoping going to the gym later helps. I plan on working out until I just can't any more. I just don't care i have to beat this. Im really feeling a little crazy right now I just need to channel that energy in a positive direction.

Everyone says it gets better so I have to go with that, or at least hope it does not get worse lol.

I am on my fourth day, let me tell you something. Even if i feel a little bit better about myself, i would not go back to sitting in front of a computer in the dark and doing my business. NOFAP just feels better for me. Actually it feels a lot better and if it does not feel better i would just not go back to my dark days.

Personally, I noticed feeling a broader range of emotions, having less brain fog, feeling less anxious, and having better conversations after a week.

Brother, Don't be discouraged if you dont see superpowers right away. In fact, A lot of people think that Quitting PMO is a magic elixir than will make you superman overnight. That is not the case. Melancholy is right, give it more time. Longer term changes will take atleast 30 days to set in. Also, Anon makes a great point. Sure you may start feeling more energy less depression and anxiety etc, but if you dont go out and use these things you will never see changes! Keep fighting bro
