i don't want anymore

    i have a big big relapse. Everyday i have spent from 900 - 1400 watching porn. I dont get the images out of my head and dont know how to stop. i still have a holiday for 3 weeks.

    I have pain in my back from sitting too long in a wrong position and everything is sore. I hate myself at the moment. How do i get out of this downward spiral?

    You got to begin PMO withdrawal now, right away, and keep a journal of when things go bad, what the triggers are, what the feeling are, what causes relapses. Then, you have to reset and journal further - what is getting easier or what has not. Develop strategies to succeed - trial and error. Read much about the addiction on this forum. Read what has helped others here. Learn how to deal with the withdrawal pains and symptoms. Get an AP is possible or find general support here. But you must begin - which from your counter, I see you have. So stop the behavior now and see what gets in the way or stops you. Then reset and recommit, and restrategize. Also, get into healthy living overall - eating right, exercise, reading, friendships/socializing/ sports/activities, education, career, whatever.

  3. I advise you to spend most of your time outdoors if it's that severe of a problem, dude.

    If you've got 3 weeks holiday left, make plans, live life. Keep busy. Just don't be idle indoors. I'm not going to write a long list of what to do. There are already plenty of threads that cover this issue already. Seek all the info you can on old threads. There isn't much that we'll be able to tell you that hasn't already been said on this website everyday.

    I just think that if someone wants to stop, they'll just start gradually making changes. Your particular issue is not very specific. Most people here are trying to give up PMO already. Now if you were someone who needed specific help with someone like ED, that would be different and I wouldn't mind giving a long outdrawn answer, but if it's just giving up PMO, then I think we all know what we need to do.

    Some of you need to look at people such as Anne-Dauphine. Check out her journal and old comments from years back. That individual alone is enough to draw inspiration from to stop PMO for good. There is more than enough material now on this site for anyone to stop PMO.

    After 3 weeks sometimes you lose hope. I'm usually not the guy with the problems. I"m the one who cheers people around him up. I guess it's time to start being honest when my girl asks how are u? I always say: never been better. Or something like that. I'm too good in hiding everything. We're just gonna start again. Only this time i will tell. Not only to the computer but also to people.

    1. Make a planning to go out and live
    2. Write daily on here
    3. Be honest
    4. Set better goals

    Thanks, i forget that i can't do everything on my own.

    1- Try going out as much as u can even for a walk by yourself.

    2-always take cold showers...trust me they help a lot.

    3-find any hobby like running for example.
    It's going to be hard in the first two-three weeks but you will feel a lot better after.

    Stay strong man you can do it. I'm 28 days clean hard mode.
