I have been on a decent streak of NoFap since September with only one relapse. Recently, I have been having sexual dreams about women I want to be with or the one who are showing interest in me. I simply dream and imagine in lying in my bed how I would make love with them. These are quite vivid imaginations and probably culminate into dreams.
The downside is that I get hard but I don't know if I am jerking off in my sleep. This is because I feel something like a discharge in penis when I wake up but I try to smell by boxers and don't smell semen. This is in contrast to the times I know I had a nightfall because the smell persists.
So essentially the problem is that I have such dreams and assisted imaginations but I don't know if they are healthy for PMO streak and focussing on semen retention.
Please advise what should I do in such a situation.
