I edged for 10 mins should i finish ? Do i lose all my benefits ?

Imo its a relapse but you’ll feel worse if you “end” it

 

No you dont loose all the benefits, you should NOT finish it.
Do you think if a smoker stops smoking for 2 weeks. and then takes a smoke after 2 weeks all his good work is gone?

you can use this situation to prove for your brain, that you are strong and will not give up! The next time you feel the urge to edge you might not do it.

 

In the past, calling edging a relapse justified me finishing and restarting my reboot. I had more success calling full O a relapse than edging. With that being said, edging is dangerous to your reboot. It is like someone who is trying to quit smoking holding an unlit cigarette in his mouth. No, he is not technically smoking, but he is making his recovery from nicotine addiction way more difficult. Best to not even touch a cigarette.
