I failed myself

I faled myself and i don't like this. Every time i look a woman's body, a normal picture or a simple movie, i feel inside me to do the fap.
Bit now i want to slap the inner me and stop this shit, because i'm losing to life or anything else. To stop myself i'm gonna take my phone under control, so maybe i can stop. I'll buy a simple phone, that one can be use only for call and text.
