I failed NNN

You’re not worthless. Don’t be hard on yourself. We can only do things one step at a time. I didn’t even begin NNN until yesterday afternoon. It’s the journey that’s important, and how we pick ourselves up and start again.

Take it easy. How you feeling now?

Same, I didn't start till last night. @HelpMe2005 you can start with us. It doesn't matter when you start, what matters is that you get back up after a slip-up. It's okay to feel like shit for a while after you relapse, we're humans. I felt the absolute same many times, but don't stay stuck in it.

Let’s do this together.

Don't worry about it. We've all been there. Don't focus on the dates. I've picked a date that means nothing to me, or on the calendar. Forget NNN, Christmas, New Year, Birthday, whatever other key dates people tend to start on.

I see you're only 19. That's a huge plus. I'm 33, and wished I dealt with this addiction years ago. The fact that you're here before you're 20, and wanting to do NoFap is credit to you. Most folks your age wouldn't even consider doing something like this.

Take it easy, relax, and go again when you're ready to.

Good, sound advice.

We all didn’t fail. We just learned a new way to go X amount of days without, now let’s dust yourself off and do better the next time.

Sadly sometimes we just don't feel like we're enough for those in our lives, but it doesn't mean we aren't. Self pity is a horrible feeling, but you've got to just go on. I suggest just trying to concentrate on the present, not giving yourself lengthy goals beyond a today, as it only adds pressure to an already stressfull situation. It's easier said than done, but doing "challenges" like NNN or 7 days sober even, are big goals. Just for today, keep in the day and focus on being healthy, focus on self care, and focus on those you love, and how you can be of service to them.

Peace be with you
