I failed!

    Hey Guys, so I slipped up and I was wondering what are some good ways to avoid the chaser affect? the biggest fear for myself is that I will view this like "if it didn't work the first time it wont work this time" and give up. I cant give up! I feel like such a failure, is there a way to view this as a positive rather than a complete negative! thanks for your time.

    Look at yourself in the mirror. Tell yourself you forgive yourself and that you're good.. you're strong.. you can do this.. Make a vow to yourself that you will give everything you have to make it through the next phase.. You can do it brother.. Blessings.. We're all in your corner
    Oh and cold showers can help when it hits hard.. also get your ass out of the house if it gets too hard to take :cool:..

    Mate, dont beat yourself up, maybe try a cold shower...then go lift some weights/pushups etc and renew your enthusiasm.

    You can do this....we all need you too.

    One must take a leap backward to take a big step forward...though don't take too many leaps,haha,else you will fall in the pit and wont be able to cross the bridge...
