I fapped without porn does it mean I have to reboot?

    Hi It's been 19 days since I rebooted... Earlier I wasn't able to hold even for 3 days...but 19 days is a miracle...my last reboot was on 14 days...I'm really disappointed cos I need to wait another 18 days to get back to this stage...can you tell me if I need to reset or can I continue with 19 days?

    Well since you fapped I would say it's a relapse, but since your counter badge says "without porn", you can decide.

    No actually I updated the badge today...since I didn't want to reset so I put it in Only "without porn" status... Actually I started reboot with PMO status

    Ok if you were on hard mode, then it's actually a relapse. You can keep going if you want, but you'll remember that you cheated during your reboot. Just start over from 0.

    You decide depending on your goals. If you want to continue hard mode reset your counter. You can choose to continue lite mode (no porn, MO allowed) though you will have fewer benefits and slow your reboot. As long as you continue to avoid porn you'll be ok.
