    I reached out to the therapist AFTER starting NoFap. I actually reached out to a sex therapist because I was in fear that I would never have a libido again (I was experiencing what I think is the flatline). After that, I went to someone who was recommended by a therapist who supports the nofap website. Been with them for a while. Also in another program starting tomorrow to even further myself more from the enemy of PMO.

    My bad. I thought I saw that in your original post. Taking good care of your body is a general rule that holds for everyone. Glad you are making the effort.

    Oh thats sounds really good! I think the majority of therapists wouldnt be really depply understanding of the dynamics of something as a porn addicition! Congratulations on finding someone so compentent!
