I feel a bit of a change

    during the last week, I had a big desire to eat. is it normal? any foods recommended?

    And if you're asking if it is normal to be hungry. I would have to say yes.

    Yep, if you’re relatively new in your abstinence, your brain is likely looking for something else to get a dopamine hit from. If you don’t have food or overeating issues, few free to indulge in what you like. Otherwise, maybe try fibrous fruits and vegetables, and protein/fat combos like cheese and lean meats.

  5. I felt it too and in my case it was for foods that don't do well, kind of to supply the nofap journey, to release dopamine, you have to be careful with that
