I feel h***y as hell

This is my 27th day going nofap (I mean no ejaculation of any type, because I need a mental detox).
I have been going to the library, working out almost every day, keeping a clean low calorie diet, and never stayed alone, going out to the library in daytime and being with family at night.
Right now, the thoughts are just rushing in, although I haven't watched anything bad.
I have been feeling very strong and I made more progress in almost 4 weeks than I did in a year.
Any thoughts?

Great achievment! It could be just a craving spike and it might go away if you keep active. Is there some occupation coming up where you could watch p, for example a family free weekend? It could also be that you're cravings are gravings for food because of your diet. Maybe try eating some serious food.

It sounds like you're on the expected path. The fact that you surpassed the gravity zone (days 1-21, which keeps addicts pulled back into relapse/resets) means that whatever strategies you are using are working. it's not just by chance or a need to give it a short rest, which even addicts can do at times - and that doesn't mean recovery. So, keep up the vigilance and strategies you've been working. Also, it's expected that thoughts and urges to act will arise - this is recovery, where you brain is rewiring during such times - making associations with proper behaviors when faced with thoughts/urges, rather than addictive behaviors. This is your brain rewiring for the good, which can only happen in time of testing, not times of ease and rest. Best wishes!

I think that's a great plan. A weekend out of town with no internet. BTW, I just came back from gym where I killed myself working out and then cardio. I have no desire of any kind right now. :-D
I have no desire for any kind of food, I got swiss rolls and normally I would devour them, not this time. I just tasted one and put it down.

Thank you, great insight. It is exactly like when addicts try to quit in the movies. Just have to let it pass healthily. I have a gym in my house, thankfully, that has helped so far.
