I feel like I can't win against my fetish

    I feel like I tried everything in my power to get rid of my foot fetish. I've been having an "interest" for ladies' feet since I was a young boy and I have no idea why. I'm trying to become more spiritual and religious but I feel like my foot fetish is holding me back. I also have an attraction to fat women which I also get problematic. I already get turned on enough when skinny women are barefoot but I get extremely turned on when fat women are barefoot. I feel like there's nothing I can do to stop it. Why can't I just be a normal dude that likes Boobs instead of feet? I honestly feel like my Foot Fetish will hurt my chances of a healthy relationship and maybe marriage. But as I mentioned earlier, I feel like I tried everything in my power to get rid of it but the fetish is still there! What should I do?

    I have got a foot fetish as well. I believe that I developed a part of the fetish during my childhood. The other part of my foot fetish is definitely porn-induced, which I developed during my teenage years. I hate having it. I also just want to be ‘normal’. Good news, you can!

    The NoFap forum is the right place to start this journey. What you need to do is a 90 reboot. It will definitely help you a lot. Which is very important is to ban all kind of arousing content from your life. So, stop watching Foot Fetish content, which is pretty obvious, but also don’t zoom in on that girls feet on Instagram.

    Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s possible to delete a foot fetish from your brain. It is just a part of us. What we can do is to own it like a man. Stop being a pervert. Build yourself up again. Become a real man. And when you are ready, God will send you the right woman. And btw, a lot of women enjoy a foot rub.

    Big hug mate. I agree, a fetishism is just a preference, it's the way you're wired. Don't be ashamed of your preferences. From what I've read so far (I'm new here with my own issues), this is the place where you can feel safe, not be judge, learn from others, engage in the program, and recover.
