I finally reached 90 days after 7 years

Alright alright alright!! This is it!

Today, for the first time ever in 7 years, I finally got to reach 90 days again! I never thought I would be able to do it like before, but it finally happened! I finally made it!

Yes, I last reached 90 days back in 2013, not just once, but TWICE! While I reached 90 days the second time, I went far beyond up to 6 months. From August 2013 all the way to February 2014. And on that time I was on half of February, that's when I relapsed by accident, and I was never abled to get off that cycle anymore. Even after I joined this site here, I was still struggling and struggling, year after year.

But now, I have made history on my journey.

What truly drove me to finally quit PMO was that how I accidentally ruined my last relationship that I had with my ex-girlfriend (we're friends now, we've reconciled after). I realized what I did was a horrible mistake during my relationship. Learning the fact that the addiction of PMO can ruin relationships. I was really dumb. But I had to do what's right, I confessed to her about it, although it didn't end well. Alright, enough about that.

The bright side is that I finally made it to 90 days. However, that doesn't mean it's over. It's gonna be just the beginning! Now it's time for my second goal.

Thank you guys for reading this. I know I've been bragging too much these days, but I really couldn't help it, man. I was really excited for how much I've been improving myself. If I can make it, so can you. If one person could change, any person can change. Y'all take good care.

Great job friend. Keep it up and make it 900 or even over 9000. Don't stop and don't become attached to numbers.

Now you know the damage this addiction can make, it's a good fuel to stay clean this time and enjoy your improvement with the next lucky girl you meet.

    Brother.
I am also struggling to make streaks.
I think your 7 years survival gives you strategy to quit masturbation.
Now I am saying my problem exactly.could you please suggest me to get out of this bad Habbit.
Actually after I relapse I tried to make streak but during this period at some point of time (nothing but the time when urges came) my mind signals me to search porn or hot videos on mobile.sometimes I controlled this feeling but sometimes I simply going in the flow of mind.i am unable to control that flow.simply I search and then I unable get out of from running videos.
Actually in this way my Relapse happened and after I tried to make streaks.
And I did maximum of 30 days twice in Nofap Journey.
I think you understand my situation.
    So please suggest me brother.

My suggestion is to work on mental toughness when it comes to quitting the additction of PMO. You should stay away from your phone for a while. Stop thinking about hot babes and sex. I know it's a challenge, but you have to work on yourself everyday. You also have to practice self-control. Spend time in the backyard, meditate, do a bit of yoga. You should also read some books to keep your mind busy. And you should also go out for a walk (if they let you, I don't know where you live though). If you have any porn collection, you should throw them away.

I'm not good at giving advices, but I hope these help. If you need anything else, let me know.

Don't give up, man. I was on your shoes when I reached 80+ days last summer before I relapsed. If I could make it, so can you. All you have to do is remain strong and vigilant when the urges hit. Strike them first, don't wait for the urges to attack.

You should brag even more. You did a fantastic thing, 90 days is a huge success especially after so many years. I know the feeling, I needed 8 years for my first 90. I also ruined a relationship because of PMO. Mine is over with no turning back, but you maybe have a chance to save your relationship. Just, never say never, if it is meant to be, it Is going to happen. Anyway, don't forget how awesome you are, go ahead and smash that 4th month now and go further. Good luck mate!
