I finally realised I am a big porn adict!!!

Hi there! i would like to share my story and hear if anyone else had similar experiences.

I guess I am (was) an oeversexual person. On my teens there was a day i masturbated 17 times in a day. Thats my record. I am now 39 to 40 years old. I literally cant remember I day I havent jerked off at least once. I was a big masturbator and proud of it. I love to edge for hours and repeat it many times per day. Even when I was in a relationship I was feeling I need some time on my own to enjoy masturbation beside sex.
I am also a nudist. My dick was good in size and girth and i had MANY compliments that i had a beautifull dick. My girlfreidn used to say.. it might not be the biggest I ve seen but it is one of the most beautifull.. That compliment was common for me and i was proud to show off.

The last 3-4 years that tottally changed!! My didck has shrinked so much, and lose a lot of its girth. I used to have big heavy balls, but not any more. I have been to several doctors and exams the last years. They cant find anything wrong with me! I am tottllay frustrated.
When I recently read about the NoFap i realised that I am totaly adicted, and in a really bad and empty place inside me. The psycologic effect is another story that I could write another thread.

I am on my 7th day today. Since yesterday it was so hard no to touch my self. Today i have no desire at all that is really strange.

My big question is this: Does anybody else has similar experience? Losing girth and size of his dick? If so, should I expect any recovery? Any simlar experience or advise would be so helpfull for me.
