i found the root of my edging problem, now how can i solve it?

    i went to bed but couldnt sleep so i started thinking for hours about my past actions of PMO and then i remembered all the details of how i started PMO, let me give a quick summary because i only want to talk about the bigger issue which is edging

    at age 12 a friend showed me porn and i was intrigued, did P-M once every while. dont remember what happened the following years, i forgot. but now i remember when my edging issue began, 2017 or 2018.

    i was laying on the couch and i remember i couldnt ejaculate even after using the death grip and fast strokes for 20-30 minutes which made me scared that my penis got no sensation anymore. after that whenever i watched porn i would actually do the opposite, trying to ejaculate really fast like within a minute, just getting the horny out of me. then in 2019 i realized i kept getting precum at the first few strokes, and i would get a clinch feeling in my butt muscles after those few strokes and immediately ejaculate unwillingly.

    now i had the opposite issue, i got scared i would ejaculate too fast and that made me scared for future sexual intimacy. i told myself how can i not even last 30 seconds anymore with my hand, so how can i even last 10 seconds with a hot girl. i went to google and searched, how to fix premature ejaculation. here is where all the edging started!

    i read that they said masturbation can be used to train urself, as soon as u feel ur about to ejaculate, stop and wait 1 minute then continue. so i kept doing that for hours but i noticed if i did several strokes in a row it would still happen so i would just watch porn for hours then finish quickly with few strokes so in the end i didnt fix the premature ejaculation issue and i got myself additional edging problems.

    im on day 13 tonight no PMO, i still fear of premature ejaculation, how can i fix PE? I dont know how i went from being able to masturbate for 30 minutes without even feeling the need to ejaculate yet, to lasting only a few strokes. this is emberasing for me so if any got tips please let me know thank you

    and side note, also any tips for blue balls during nofap? my balls kinda hurt... its the second day like this

    Ey mate!

    It sounds like you trained yourself to cum as quick as possible by clenching your BC muscle (the muscle right under your balls). So now your ejaculatory reflex is fucked up.

    I have helped others with PE but since you are on nofap there is really not much I can do for you. I would encourage you to end your reboot and contact me again if your PE persists.

    hey! i've been doing kegels and because i heard it will make improvements. Is kegels the way to go? But I fear I overdo it, and cause myself harm. I already sometimes get a slight harmful feeling in my butt while it clenches the muscles. Am I doing it too much?
