    I have no problem to abstain from porn but I can't stop fantasizing about sex. My daydreams are very intense and hard to keep away. Today, after 45 days, I had a wet DAYDREAM. I was not touching my self or anything, I just ejaculated from the daydream itself. I need help!

    P.S. Does this count as relapse? I think it does.

    Cool. I've never heard that before. But if you want to stop that, just stop your mind from daydreaming the moment it starts. It's not a relapse to me, just like wet dream at night, no P no M just O.

    I managed to stop them for like 2 weeks out of the 45 days, but once I "relapsed" and by that I mean I started fantasizing again, the fantasies were even more intense and adictive. I guess I need to train my mind too.

    If it is involuntary, it does not count, only that fantasies are a problem that over time takes you back. Translation
