I hate Nightfalls

  1. Kindly tell me how can we get rid of nightfall? I always keep big goals like no PM for 200 days etc. But the problem that affects my this journey is the bloody nightfall which comes in between and wastes my energy and then i just feel hopeless for my journey to be continued...

    What should i do to reach this big goal free from nightfalls?
     
  2. Set your goal shorter? This is a battle with your mind, give yourself as much advantage as you need.
     
  3. Reorganize your day and bedtime routines and start with shorter challenge.

    1. Pee before bed
    2. Don't drink much water before bed
    3. Don't sleep prone
    4. Cold showers in the evening help a LOT
    5. Eat grapefruits
    6. Avoid fantasies

    sleep in right way do not sleep over your penis that is main problem !!

    first it was hard i do not get sleep even after 3 - 4 hrs then i realized i have be do something to get enough tired to sleep as i fall on bed simple sleep just six hrs a day do some workout make a routine to follow that will help you
