I hate Prostatitis

Discussion in 'New to NoFap' started by Deleted Account, Mar 21, 2019.

  1. Hi, I'm a 26 year old male. I've struggled with P&M since I was 13, and ED/PE/DE in most of my sexual encounters. My erotic watching/reading/playing degraded over this time to more and more degenerate things, whatever I found most arousing.

I had a religious conversion over the past few years, and so I'm highly motivated to quit P, which I've done for a couple of weeks. But M has a different problem.

I've been suffering from CPPS/Prostatitis for a few years, along with an irregular shaped and enlarged prostate, and regular M in a certain position is the only definite thing that keeps flare ups from occurring. I've tried to get through it without porn for the past few months, but its always such a temptation. I decided to quit M anyway 10 days ago, but failed last night after two days of flair ups. The upshot is that my pain is reduced today, but of course not eliminated.

I'm going to try again, this time sticking rigidly to CPPS stretches and exercises.

I'll post a daily log later with more information, but if anyway has experience with CPPS/Prostatitis, I'd appreciate input. I've searched the forums but no one has had my exact symptoms.

    Hello

Im 24 , been suffering from prostatitis since 22. Taking all sorts of atibiotics but the condition still persists. I think masturbation caused it in a way.

Im now looking forward to do prostate draining or milking . from my research it looks like the only way to relieve symptoms.

Masturbation just brings flare up, makes it worse.

  3. Have you tried stretching and relaxation? There's actually many stuff I've been doing but those two have the largest impact.

Of course, I'm convinced mine was caused by muscle tension and stress so my solutions work specifically for CPPS caused by those.

Masturbation and prolonged periods of sexual tension in the pelvis is part of that.

  4. Hi, I believe I also have chronic pelvic pain syndrome, with tight muscles in my pelvis and abdomen that are unable to relax and constant pain. And have some ED and PE. I believe PMO addition may have caused it and may be preventing recovery. I used to PMO once a day. Now down to once per 3-10 days, but still addicted. Doing PMO makes the muscles down there more tense and more painful for days afterwards. I dream that if I can stop one day maybe after many months the pain and cramps will be cured, but I don't know. I recognize that stretching would probably be good, and do that sometimes (maybe a few times a week), but I also find it hard to make myself do that. I probably should do twice a day for 30 minutes or something. With stretching I wonder if it might temporarily make it worse (more irritated) but eventually make it better. Alcohol and full bladder also makes the pain worse. I have been suffering this for about 3 years.
