I have a question about triggers

Today my cousin sent me a message, a link to MH Mag.'s twitter page and there was a twit. There was a link about a guy who used a lot of drugs and his changing story.( If you curious about who is he, he is Jay T. Maryniak.) It was an inspirational story. I clicked the link where it was above the twit and opened a the Magazine's website. I thought: '' This is the guy's story and let see how he changed...'' On the upper side there was a video. No, there wasn't a change story in the video. There was a softcore porn with background music. I kept the phone lateral because I guessed it, and... I guessed true. I stopped the video and quit the page quickly. And I asked my cousin '' What's wrong with you?'' ( He also knows about nofap.)

Am I soo obsessed about triggers? and is it hurt too much my reboot? I wait for your your valuable answers.

Hi. The answer is simple: did you fap to it? If no, then no change in your progress, man. If you got hard, then you should ask your conscience if you did this on purpose, seems not to be the case, in my opinion.

Recently I watched ecchi, which is a sort of soft hentai, just for the sake of watching, for the story, and I controlled myself the entire time. I thought, "well I didn't relapse", but the next days were really hard. Constant flashbacks of the scenes, not good.

It's good to be obsessed. I can't stand to read reports of people who relapse like it's nothing. They are fooling themselves, I don't see a reason to try NoFap if one is not serious about it.

  3. I think your reaction was prudent and you did well. It does not hurt your reboot for several reasons. 1. it was untintentional. 2. you didn't look at it or at least you quit as soon as you realized what it was. 3. you did not PMO, edge, M or O after it.

    Stay strong.

Thank you so much. Easy accessing makes difficult something. And no, it was a few second when I awared what's happening I quit. No, I didn't open a ''Porn or searching picture tab'' or didn't edge/ masturbate.

I don't think it hurt you that much, there's some things we can't avoid.

    Let me tell you this:
This is my third streak and I'm heading towards 30 days, on day 5 I watched a porn video that I searched, but didn't touch myself. Nevertheless, it was bad and I luckily realized just after that. Porn is always hurtful, even without MO. I tried watching porn without MO once or twice a day when I was on my first streak and it came to bite me in the ass, because I couldn't last more than 10 days of no MO because my brain was still addicted to porn.

I've been in your position, having something inevitably showing up. One time when I was over 10 days I was watching a TV show on my laptop in a totally not legal streaming service which was full of ads. And one time there was a porn ad, but I didn't even get hard. Why is that? You have to realize it's just not worth it. Everyone has ups and downs in their lives and when you're on your downs that's when you look for porn, so the first thing is to minimize your downs and transform them into ups. My advice for you is just that every day (you can do this before you go to sleep) think about how nofap has helped you and how are you improving your life. The happier you feel, the further you are from porn.

  7. Y'all should set up (1) adblock plus, (2) a porn blocker and (3) a porn filter on your computer. I'm not saying you should throw the password away or even put one. I use the blockers as warninga. When a website or a page is blocked it warns you that you may enter dangerous territories and it helps you ready yourself foe what you may see. Sometimes it blocks completely harmless content, in which case I just bypass the blocking.
