WOW. I was trying to relax my BC (reverse keg) just as you explained in your update postostideo but it's so hard for me and just as I found an easier spot to do it (on back, knees up) I read the part about being on your back and knees up. I've also saw something here about a tight lower back (or anterior pelvic tilt). Maybe it's related somewhere? Maybe we have to counter our anterior pelvic tilt as well. Thoughts?
