    WOW. I was trying to relax my BC (reverse keg) just as you explained in your update postostideo but it's so hard for me and just as I found an easier spot to do it (on back, knees up) I read the part about being on your back and knees up. I've also saw something here about a tight lower back (or anterior pelvic tilt). Maybe it's related somewhere? Maybe we have to counter our anterior pelvic tilt as well.
    Thoughts?

    I know this user is long gone now but for the rest of the newcomers and current members. I believe he has hit most of the nails on the head. A few points to bring up to spark discussion on this again.

    • The whole stopping your pee midstream is more towards females and advanced men in their pelvic floor balancing journey. The reason I say this is because, I'll consider myself a newbie because I haven't been consistent with my training, for a male with PE when we hear stopping your pee our attention automatically goes to the BC muscle and not the PC muscle. Very few within the PE community even believe it's possible to stop pee with the pc because it's something that would be possible once we are technically cured and have a strong enough pc to draw the arousal towards the tailbone direction when the pc flexes instead of it flexing the bc muscle at the perineum which strokes the prostate with every bc flex. So my point is don't worry or get disheartened when you can't seem to stop pee with your pc muscle, that should start kicking in a few months into your pc Kegel training.
    • I recommend getting a fleshlight with a water based lube for hardcore training. It will get intense! So go slow initially.
    • Our goal is to relax the bc muscle through reverse Kegel pushes and I'd also recommend stretches for muscles in that pelvic area. The best one I do every day is the hindi squat. In fact, while in the hindi squat position, your bc will already be a little bit stretches and under slight force relaxation, so you'll notice less involuntary contractions when edging in that position. If you have a partner to train with then you'll last a bit longer if you put her in the prone position and have sex in that position. The hindi squat position is the reason why people recommend squats for PE. But again, going down very few reverse Kegel and going back up on the squat most guys flex bc instead of their pc. So for a challenge, do a 10 min hindi squat with slow conscious reverse Kegel breathing. And then 3 mins of squats with pc (tailbone muscle) flex on the way up instead of a bc flex.

    Edit. Just to add some info for the bro science. I sometimes consume extasy pills at partys. Sometimes its actually very hard to start peeing after you take those pills. Also i can have sex for hours, and sometimes i even cant cum. I dont know why but im sure there is a correlation

    Hey Guys,

    Been lurking at this thread a long time.
    I can sign up at this PE problem and my background is similar to several described earlier in this thread.

    I started my kegel / reverse kegel with the app stamena on appstore..
    Sadly I trained the BC muscle before reading this thread.
    Nowdays I practise Real PC when the app says do kegel and RK when it says RK.

    I would like to get som help how to stop the flow of pee by flexing the real PC.
    My BC kicks in when I try..

    So thankful for all the posts before this one!

    My perineum is too sensitive to do any kind of excerises, or try to control it. It literally feels like a giant sperm clogged vein behind my nuts. One false move and it's game over

    What's worked for me is you have to get your mind around arousal. If the mind gets ahead of the body then it misfires. Rapidly, slow it down :)

    this thread is wrong, you have to train both the bc muscles and the pc muscles. you can also train them together. reverse kegels are very important. remember to do reverse kegel for the bc muscles and reverse kegels for the pc muscles. I give you some advice: most likely your muscles are doing well and you don't need to train them. the problem is in your brain, shake and try to last as long as possible (focus on the sensations and don't use your imagination!)

    Are you sure this thread is wrong?

    The BC muscle seems to spasm/be very tense when having a erection.
    And reverse kegel calms it down.

    By doing BC exercise, i will cause more harm then good? No?

    So Im a girl who's boyfriend of several years has had PE since he can remember... I wanted to see what others were sharing about it and how to deal with it and I think that its true that for some there might me an easy fix with exercises or such, but for some guys like my bf who has dealt with it for a long time, its not so easy.. He was always a bit overwhelmed by it and worried he couldn't always satisfy me enough. So we did online research and came across this delay spray called Promescent which did have tons of good reviews, so we didn't feel like it was fake or anything since there's so much stuff out there. After we started using it he went from lasting 5 min to 15, and his confidence boosted so much, I was so happy just to see him relaxed, finally. We still use it every other time and it still works great, for him, it has made a big difference. Sometimes a little help is ok!

    Well, I have tried delay spray, my wife is very sensitive and can detect it even through a condom. And then the sex is done. She gets a burning feeling.

    I’m gonna edge myself with a fake vagina for a couple of weeks combined with reverse bc + pc.

    And if that fails I’m just gonna try not to think about it.
    My wife is kind of un-sexual. If i dont mention it we could go months without.
    But that dosnt work on a me.
    Only thing is - My mind tells me because of PE thats why she dont want to have sex once ot every other week like I want.

    Ok done rambling for now.
    I will wright my progress in a few months here.
    If anyone have any tips or tricks please do :)

    Qick update,

    6 days and 7 sessions with my fake (called fakey below) friend so far.
    The timer has been set to 30 minutes och I’ve got rainmusic on spotify while at it.
    1st: Tried fakey for 30 minutes failed in 3,5 minutes with lots of stops! So sensitive!

    2nd: Tried for 30 minutes but blew it around 12 minutes.

    3rd: 30 minutes with fakey and regular. Regular (hand) goes easier and better control. With lots of stops.

    4th: tried 30 minutes failed with 17 minutes left, got too exited and fakey gives lots of feeling on the way out, just as the real deal.

    5th: 30 minutes with fakey, worked well.

    6th: Got to clit wife before she left for work trip, then managed 30 mins in and out of fakey, 17 mins in. Though got exited in the shower and orgasmed in the shower after timer.. Fail

    7th: 30 minutes with fakey, most of the time inside and with 1-2sec in and out. Lets say 22 sec inside. Good one.

    History: Speed-jerked to porn, so i wouldent get caught..

    Lession: Got to know my genital a lot more with longer sessions.

    Insight: Breathing and staying calm does a lot for me. Relaxing all the muscles down there by thinking of it and checking with RK frome time to time.
    Using a fake vag. simulates quiete well.
    Lube is important, as friction gets me going.

    Challange:
    Of course real sex, it’s one thing staying calm with fakey.
    Also i would like to get better at going down from 9 to 6 with slower rise back to 9.

    Going to continue exercise 9 days till wifes period is over before I might get to test in real combat. ;)

    Btw, my goal when going at it for 30 minutes is to NOT ejac. I feel that my focus might be on orgasm if I finish with ejac. What is correct?

    Hello
    Ive read all pages of this thread and know a lot about PE BC PC, i can locate my PC muscle and BC i can seperate them as i am calm, when aroused i cannot simply seperate them and the problem is that when im aroused or try having sex my BC muscle twitch alot. And for that i understand the prostate is being massaged the results are quick finish if u get what i mean. And i would like to know how to stop or calm the twitching because of the PE im having trouble with sex. Cannot last longer than 20s. Thats so embarrasing but im trying to calm myself down during sex, controlling breathing, relaxing, but it doesnt help, furtherduo im doing the PC muscle exercises tho i dont know if its helping because i am doing it for only a week, so my question is how to train yourself to stop the BC muscle twitching.
