I have discovered the biggest reasons for premature ejaculation (and super simple fix)

    I would say that yoga poses are good for conditioning and toning PC muscles. You can incorporate poses that stretch perineum area like Padmasana, Rajakapotasana etc.

    But, to actually train PC you need to do Kegels, simple kegels. Do them regularly but do not overtrain. Don't go too hard in one day. And, if it happens that you overtrain take 3-5 days off to let muscles restore.

    Man, just keep practicing. You need to understand that it is ok that you can't stop the flow at this point. You have never used the muscles to do that. So there is no control and your mind didn't map those muscles yet. As you will keep trying you will get there gradually. Just keep trying.

    The thing about Yoga poses is, that unfortunatly, most yoga poses are designed for women. Most women use those poses and they are actually training the BC muscle, because this is the muscle they need to train, to stay dry between the legs and this is also their muscle for better orgasms and a more tightened vagina. However, since men and women are completly different, men need to practice PC muscle training ( reverse kegels). If a man is taught the same as women, he will probaly go for "women PC muscle training" ( BC muscle the wrong one!).

    If you do yoga, what i really encourage, since its calming down and helping you to relax the BC muscle, try to do the exercises with other men or not with a woman yoga teacher.

    Naturally when someone tries doing kegels they will tighten the BC muscle which will make PE worse.
    So how can one do kegels to strengthen the PC muscle?

    While this is counterintuitive one need to strengthen both BC and PC muscles by doing Kegels. There are several reasons for that. Here is - If you never trained or used your pelvic floor muscles it is almost impossible to separate your BC and PC muscles. Your brain simply has not mapped those muscles. So you will need to start somewhere. With time as you concentrate on BC & PC your will learn and feel how to separate them

    Could you please elaborate more on "it feels like as im moving something behind my anus." Are you squeezing your anus in like trying to hold in poop or are you squeezing your butt muscles, like clenching your butt cheeks together in isolation? That's the part that I'm confused about because nobody seems to be telling what part they are squeezing or flexing. All everyone is saying is to clench the pc muscle, not the bc muslce which on its own is not very helpful.

    After 1 month of intense experimenting and trying, the best solution i found is to simply focus on the wrong BC muscle and keep it constantly relaxed. If you keep the BC muscle constantly relaxed you will automatically flex your PC muscle during masturbation, you just dont have the feeling right now cause the BC muscle is to strong

    It would be really helpful if you can clarify this one thing. Do you stop your urine while it is flowing out of your penis? By that I mean do you stop it MIDSTREAM by squeezing the PC muscle? OR do you stop it before you start peeing, meaning that your clenching of the PC muscle kills the URGE to piss?
    MIDSTREAM or Before Peeing?

    Midstream, but be aware, you can stop the flow of urine with the BC and with the PC muscle. So carefully watch that you got the right one

    Just want to say thank you to all that contribute to this thread. PE has been a pain in the ass for many years and my SO is beginning to wonder wtf is going on. To have some amount of control over this is my goal for 2019. As I found this thread today and not yet have figured out what is what down there I have nothing to contribute myself but will most certainly get back to you if progress is made!     I have suffered from PE ever since I first started to have sex. Initially, I worked around it by ejaculating the first time prematurely and then on the second round I would be able to last a lot longer, but it was still very annoying. Then I spent a long time without being in any relationship and I would masturbate to porn a lot. Then, as I started to have sex again, I was noticing that I had another issue - ED (not fully, but I had difficulty maintaining erections for too long). So now I have both problems. I managed to do a 1.5 month reboot some time ago and noticed that I was getting super hard erections, and the ED seemed to have disappeared, but when I first had sex after that reboot, I ejaculated probably within less than 30 seconds. A similar thing happened the following few times that I attempted to have sex. This eventually got me very disappointed and depressed and I relapsed into porn once again. Now I am trying to give it another shot, but I am currently in a relationship so I have do have sex once or twice a week. I help the ED by taking sexual enhancing pills, which also help with the PE, but this is just a band-aid solution. I want to continue doing edging exercises, but I find it very difficult, close to impossible to get a hard erection in the first place if I don't use fast strokes or if I don't contract my BC muscles. So I guess my question is, how do I work around this?

    Accept it, the longer you resist the longer it will go on. Focus then on improvements. You could actually ask your girlfriend to have 5 or 6 times a week sex, but without ejaculating, or atleast edge to retrain your brain to hold on longer and longer. Also, start doing long foreplay, it really helps and it really is fun to do. It takes like 30 days to retrain your brain and im now like 20 or 30 days in and my PE has improved a lot. I would say atleast 70 percent, im close to controlling ejaculate? But its worth resisting, withstanding and going for another 10 or 20 minutes longer every time, even when you think you cant make it longer. Make a play out of it with your girlfriend, i think she will like it

    Not Sure what to do now...

    I am having this PE and ED and low libido thing for quite a few years now, and I am only 23 now, lost my best years to it.
    What I also noticed was that I could´t pee properly, it takes a while to overcome the Resistance and make the urine flow.

    I read up so much about this whole topic and went to and urologist, I suggested him about those muscular imbalances, he said that it is a complex of muscles (PC,BC,IC) and that I should forget about it. But with some tests he could confirm that there is an issue, like after peeing my bladder was like half full, and my urineflow also was of like an 60 years old with Benign prostatic hyperplasia.

    So he prescribed me Tamsulosin (Flomax in america i guess) which relaxes muscles on the bladder neck and the prostate which cant be controlled conciously. And at first it worked wonders, I could pee normally again, I had got Errections and could hold them, PE was not really a problem anymore, I had sex for an hour, I had my libido back, got horny so quickly, i finally felt normal again, like back in the days when I was 18. Damm guys for real, I didnt even knew what is normal anymore, also friends and everyone were telling you shit like its just in your head and doctors also dont have a clue, but this pill finally prooved it, there is a real issue and PE,ED, low libido and not being able to take a good piss are real problems.
    But then after some weeks it stopped working and also the negative effects were very strong, heart racing, couldnt breath properly, i felt like my throat is swelling or something. So I had to stop taking them.

    Since this medication relaxed muscles down there it only makes sense to me that Reverse Kegels should be the Solution. I also did them occasionaly lately and now I finally after reading this post could really differentiate between BC and PC. I just stopped the urine flow with the PC muscle, without squeeing the BC muscle, it was like closing a water tap, the urine didnt shoot out as it would if you squeeze the BC muscle.

    So I guess i should do reverse Kegels, but I am not sure if also should do PC muscle Kegels.

    I think the goal is to weaken/relax the BC muscle, but the PC muscle should be strong i guess to stop the ejaculation, but I am not sure to what this taking a Pee problem is related to, a to strong BC muscle, or is the PC muscle also to strong.

    Do you guys have an Idea what to do? Only reverse Kegels or also the right PC muscle kegels?
    Do you also have problems at peeing?

    From what i read in your description, i got the same problem. BC muscle relaxation will help, and if i hear doctors telling me, that i cant conciously do that... The PC muscle you about to train is a muscle which you need to conciously train to make it unconciously do what you want...my urologist doctor didnt know aswell. Im telling all the guys, that we have to learn about relaxing the BC muscle and exercise the PC muscle much much later, but it seems like everybody does not want to try out and just complain more and more how he cant find the PC muscle. You will not find the PC muscle immediately cause your BC is so strong that you will automatically tense this muscle the first times you to find the PC muscle
