    I am talking about the regular V@gra and stuff like that. I don't know if this happens to other people but when I do take them, I can last much longer. When I first started I could actually go for more than 30 minutes. It was insane. However, the side effects were sometimes very bad. I would get very intense headaches (I am talking really bad) to the point that I would not really even enjoy the sex at all and after I ejaculated I had to lay in bed in pain from the headache. I still take them from time to time, but I now take a smaller doze and so the effects are not that strong. Anyways, I believe that the pills are not really the solution (at least for me) I would want to be able to last without them, and not have any headaches either.

    Don't worry. You can do reverse kegels to undo the training of the wrong BC muscle.
    Yes I think the PC is the one behind the anus. How did you find it? I'm still trying to isolate it.

    No that doesn't necessarily mean you have PE. Its normal for that to happen in a wet dream. Thats becuase we get so excited when having a wet dream it wakes us up. Even by just dreaming of hugging a girl.

    Hi

    I can't find PC at all. I think I'm using it, but I'm flexing everything at once. I'm unable to reverse kegel BC and flex PC at the same time so I must be doing something wrong. Any advice?

    Thanks for the answer. It came kind of naturally actually, in the past when I started experiencing with BC I had read about front kegels/front RK as well as root lock (back kegel) and reverse, so I experimented a bit. Thanks to that, when I recently came back to it, it was already "easy" for me to separate front from back. As for how I did it it wouldn't be really helpful, as I just tried and did it somehow. It did improve a bit compared to before though, as my anus would clench, and now I can contract my PC muscle without having it moving.

    Basically holding a fart is clenching PC. Maybe try to experiment with that to get used to the sensation, like trying to hold one (so basically just clenching your anus, slowly) without having your buttcheeks or anything else move, it will help already. After getting used the the sensation it will get easier to pinpoint the exact muscle, which is between the end of your spine and your anus.
    What helped me the most is doing a reverse kegel while peeing, and then slowly clenching the PC. It might be hard at first, but that's what worked for me, stopping the pee with a PC flex while doing RK prevents the BC from flexing too (or at least it helps). An advice I could also give is don't try to clench abruptly at full force, try flexing the muscle slowly, that will prevent the BC muscle from moving at the same time. It's all about control actually, not strength. That will come later on. Also it can sound counter intuitive to use a muscle at the back of the body to affect the front (stopping pee/sperm from coming out) but it does work somehow, just need to train it as it feels way less natural to use it compared to the BC muscle.

    I'm still kind of new myself but hope that can help you !

    Btw, about the workout I started doing 2 sessions of around 10-15 min a day, reps of 10s holds in the morning and then the breathing one in the evening before sleeping. It might be a bit much at first but it's going fine, I'll stop if it feels uncomfortable or something and go to 1 session a day.
    I'll increase the holds duration when it becomes more natural and stop hindering my breathing as much, thanks for the help !

    About the reverse BC, just push your pee out when you go to toilet and you're doing it. I suggest putting your fingers on your BC muscle, which is located between your anus and your balls, leaning more towards the anus (at least it feels easier to feel). Apply pressure with your finger to feel the inside, and then start pushing the pee out. You should feel the inside getting mushier, your fingers maybe sinking a bit more, that's a reverse kegel. The feeling is quite subtle but as long as the pee is going faster, you're doing it. Just try to reproduce the sensation outside of peeing and that's it. It might feel like you're not doing anything, but it's working, check again with your fingers to make sure. After a few seconds holding it, you should feel the area inside/behind your balls and around your penis kind of "deflating" when you release tension. If you feel something among those lines, it means you were doing it right.

    About PC, you're not necessarily doing it wrong, it's just simply hard to do, it requires already having some isolation of your back from your front. Just try clenching your anus slowly and you should feel something moving a bit behind, that's your PC. Don't worry too much about having other muscles moving at first, just try to focus on the sensation in that area and work slowly. It will get easier and easier to locate and isolate as you get used to the sensation.
    Trying to not pee while pooping can also help dissociating front from back. Just don't get frustrated and do fast clenches, control is more important IMO.

    Wow. There's a lot of useful information in your answer. Thanks a lot. I will be experimenting with the things that you mentioned. I been trying to keep the BC muscle relaxed for over a month now, following another user's advice. I think its time for me to try to find my PC muscle.

    I hope that your workout routine goes well for you. Can you suggest a beginner's workout routine for the PC muscle?

    Well I guess if it was me I would do the same as I did for BC, which is first doing some sets of between 10 and 20 reps with some rest in between each series, pretty much a basic strength workout, and then after a few days of that start doing reps of holds in series too. Just don't overdo it as it's different from a RK routine, it's like doing pushups or something, doing it every other day is a good idea to let the muscle recover, which should give better results and just be safer than doing it everyday risking some kind of injury, patience is key.
    Well that's my two cents, I'm no expert by any means, but that sounds reasonable to me.

    Thanks ! Also I'm interested in your experience for RK as you've been doing it for a month, how is it going so far, progress wise ?
    I just started a few days ago, and now that I pay attention to it more I tried masturbating a bit to see how my BC reacts, and it's basically flexing the whole time. I tried to RK but the muscle is too strong, I can't get it to relax when masturbating, yet. I just started so it's normal, it will get better with time I guess, just hoping to see some changes soon to motivate me even more !

    What is RK exactly? Also, when I masturbate, my BC is also flexing allllll the time. It's very hard to relax it. Let's hope this stuff works and we're not making it worse, because everyone seems like an expert here but really we're all just trying to follow logics told by strangers...

    A kegel is the action of flexing the BC muscle, so basically when it contracts on it's own you can talk about involuntary kegel, which seems to be what a lot of people are dealing with.
    A Reverse Kegel is the exact opposite, namely forcing your BC muscle to relax, using other surrounding muscles to stretch it. That's what happens when you force your pee out.

    Well I think although everything should be taken with a grain of salt, especially when it comes to muscle strength workout or things like that, the relation between the muscles and the speed of reaching orgasm, arousal levels, erection quality and so on has been verified by many people, and is actually easy to verify for anyone. Also it is safe to try as stretching a muscle can't really do any harm, so that's that !

    Some good advice there. It probably is better to do it every other day to let muscles recover.
    I started to try training the PC muscle yesterday but gently pushing in the anus. I find that if i push in any more, the BC muscle will also end up tightening which I'm trying to avoid. Should I just continue pushing the anus in gently for now so that the BC muscle doesn't contract? Or am I doing something wrong?

    I didn't do reverse kegels for a month. I did it for over four months and honestly I didn't notice any significant difference which is why I started to do more research. Which led me to finding out about the PC muscle which I am working on now. I still do reverse kegels but not as much as I used to.

    I been trying to keep the BC muscle relaxed over the last month. Not by workouts, but by constantly being aware of it and keeping it relaxed during everyday activities such as standing, sitting, walking, driving, peeing, exercising etc.
    I did that in hope to make isolating the PC muscle easier, following another user's advice.

    I hope that my info is helpful. I'm being as honest and accurate as I can as I believe that its important to do so in order to help each other out to combat this problem.

    Yes you are right and thats because we only have each other. PE is the most common sexual problem apparently but surprisingly there's very little info about it out there and most 'solutions' either don't work or can make it worse.
    Alongside nofap, we need lots of patience and experimenting to try to resolve this.

    @oaty I think you will be the perfect example for us. You've been doing reverse kegels for months without it getting better. You have been doing real kegels & relaxing muscles for 2 weeks. Did you notice any difference so far?

    For me it's the same too. I am not sure that I have noticed any difference after doing kegels or reverse kegels. The last time I had sex, about a week ago, the girl had pretty powerful legs and pelvic muscles too. She was squeezing her vagina pretty hard by contracting all her pelvic muscles muscles and that made me cum really fast. It felt too tight. I guess this would work on someone that suffers from DE, but for me it was too difficult to last too long.

    I been relaxing the BC muscle for about a month and been doing PC kegels for only 2 days.
    I haven't had a chance to test how if there were any improvements to PE yet. But I will keep you guys updated.

    Why is that disturbing? Doesn't it feel amazing? I want my gf to do whatever she wants and I want to do whatever I want.

    Btw @oaty I wouldn't expect your orgasm to take long on the first time having sex again with your woman.
