I have it now under Control

It sounds more like a possible flat line. When you’ve been clean 5 years and no relapses, maybe you have it under control. If you’re less than that, it’s highly doubtful. Usually when my husband starts saying or thinking that he has it under control, no desire for it, that signals a relapse coming soon. Your brain is tricking you into letting your guard down.

 

The biggest issue is the triggers, I've been noticing recently that I'm going numb to some kinds of it, thus preventing the relapse, but arousal can have 1000 ways from Sunday to get back at you, you gotta keep yourself in check mentally, best way for men, is to be doing something while others are around.
