I have self control???

I was really curious. I don't have a porn addiction, or a masturbation addiction. I'm quite self-discipline I feel, like I keep my limits (e.g. only watch porn once a week and masturbate only once every two days). I've started wanking off since around March this year, but over the past month, each time I want it never gave the "nice feeling" which I had when I started wanking. I wanted to see if abstaining from porn and masturbation might help in attaining a stronger orgasm when I start masturbating again. Currently it's been 8 days since I last masturbated. It hasn’t been that hard compared to others success stories. I wanted to know, if it's fine for me to continue watching porn after I finish abstaining. I have no clue if this is the same for everyone else, but yeah, just wanted your advice or input.

I don't have a porn addiction, or a masturbation addiction.

I hate to break it to you, but that's exactly what you have. That's how I see it - other people will have other opinions. You're very lucky to be the age you are and still able to back out before things get bad. Read other people's recovery journals and you'll see it's a trap you don't know you're getting into till it's too late. Quit while you're not too far behind, or you might wake up in your 20's wondering how a train managed to run over your entire life.

You are addicted.
And it is only a matter of time until it escalates to more genres and more frequency.
Watching p is changing your brain wether you do it every day or once a week.
Masturbating every second day will keep you at an energy deficit.
Total abstinence until you get more control over your sexual desires , and then sex in moderation.
That is my advice.

If you feel the need to masturbate to porn, then you are addicted. Everyday or once a week, doesn't make a difference, it is still having negative effects on your brain.

Quit masturbation and viewing porn before it's too late. Just look at all the recovery addicts stories.
