Just remember why you started this journey to begin with. When you start thinking about that, you'll realise that it's simply not worth the relapse.

 

Don't do it. You're less than a day from your target - you can get there. Instead of thinking about PMO when you see a hot girl why not think about saying hello. She might say hello back. Maybe you fall in love and spend the rest of your lives together. Maybe you won't. But if you run away to PMO with yourself you'll definitely not meet anyone interesting.

 

Yes, why not try to talk to her? Do no do it, man...relapse isn't worth the price. Get to know her if you think she's as beautiful as you say. At least try to be friends with her; give it a shot. This is what I need to do as well.

 

Only addicts have urges. Healthy people have needs.

 

Like these other guys are saying. Put your fear aside and talk to her. Don't fight your feelings. Just feel it. Feel the pain and get used to it. Pain (nofap) is the great motivator.

 

She'll prolly turn you down. So what. You'll prolly make her day. Just laugh at it and move on to the next one. It's the only way to build your confidence. Now just do it.

There might be something wrong with me but cold showers turn me on. Plus the fact that you're naked and in a private place isn't a good combination.
