I just bought myself a journal where to express my thoughts

Today I bought a little journal/diary to practice journaling. My aim now is to express my thoughts and feeling on it so that I will be better at controlling them. It is even useful to compare your current feeling with the one of months ago. I personally suggest all of you from doing the same thing. When you feel like relapsing, start reading your thoughts of past days, when you were at the best of your capabilities thanks to Nofap. It will help a lot.
 
Yeah, journals do help a lot.

Whenever I had a bad day, I just jot what's wrong down and the next day, I can see what I did wrong and fix it. It's very useful for self improvement as it allows literal communication and teamwork between your past, present and technically future self. After all, 3 people are better than 1.

I highly recommend them if you want to improve or regulate emotions.
