Hey! Don’t take it so hard on yourself. You tried your best. I’m sure of that. Trying and failing is much better than not trying at all. You had the mindset to improve, that by itself requires courage. Come on,there are people wasting time not knowing that they’re destroying themselves. At least you acknowledged that pmo was destroying you. So my advice to you would be to keep going,no matter how many setbacks you have. That mindset of yours to change,is the important factor here. No one is perfect, so to expect perfection of yourself is not realistic. What is important is striving for improvement, because this is how we get better. So realize feeling sorry for yourself does not help. Take some time, settle your thoughts and reflect on what is going right and then make a plan to fix the bad stuff. Life in general is a constant struggle, never give up. I have failed plenty times but I am still in the game.

Deserves got nothing to do with it. If you resonate with the idea of god, consider his mercy. All of us get the results of our actions, all of us are free to chose. In general, the people here want for your happiness. You might want to find a men's group of some kind, or seek out a counselor. You also might want to turn your thoughts around. How we talk to ourselves is a big part of our happiness. Instead of "I'm a worthless sack of shit" its "I am unhappy right now but I am going to learn form my mistakes and make my life better". Exercise. Go for walks outside. Tell the truth no matter what. Make new friends. You are not a bad person, you just haven't stumbled on happiness yet.

 

I read your post in another thread that you had a month, that's significant. Aside from the people who are willing to support you emotionally there's plenty of details we can talk about too, when you're ready.

maybe you should ask yourself how would a roman circa 20 BC or 70 AD or 200 BC , how would he react if he saw you talking about sins and punishment .... how would Caesar react? Mark Antony? Seneca?

clear your mind of such nonsense and free your body from the these tyrannical and evil prisons you are surrounded with which will cause you nothing but suffering for as long as you live mate... Then you will begin to make progress towards becoming a real man , free and independent from superstition . Then focus on being with real women, girls, or boys if thats your preference, real people, even if its sex workers , they can greatly help you to become more self aware of your sexuality and self , get past trauma, improve sexual performance, etc if you chose them well.

Bro don't give. Engage yourself forcefully in the activities you like and be more social. We know you can beat stress and sadness and remember God gives one chance to his children to put life on track. This is your opportunity. Do what you like. Never let any negative thoughts win over you.

 

Learn! Identify your triggers from your relapses. You shall fall as many times as you need to learn. Relapses are only stumbles from which you can learn! Get up and don't give up!

 

We all have self defeating thoughts and tendencies. They cycle round with our motivation to make ourselves into better men. If there is anything I can do to help you level out don't hesitate to ask.

That means that God won't leave you halfway through your fight! He WILL complete the good work He started in you!

I myself am 10 months into my fight against PMO, and I just recently stumbled. It sucks, and I hate it, but every time I stumble, I start to hate my sin more and more. Like many of your brothers have already reminded you here, the fact that you have even begun your fight is a huge accomplishment. You are setting yourself up for a bright future in Christ, and your future wife and family will benefit from the fruit of this battle.

Like it says in Hebrews 12:1, all of Heaven cheers for us as we fight, and all of Heaven's armies fight with us!
