Hello, I started nofap week ago, this is my 7th day. I have very tough week full of stress for my new job. But i was doing good until today i came home alone, so my brain kept urging me. I end up giving in PM without P. but i still have hope so i am gonna reset my MO without P and do my best again.

    Hey Walid!

You started NoFap a week ago, you got a week into it. That is GOOD progress. This isn't something we conquer over night, most of us end failing the challenge a few times, but each time we aim for improvement. Progress, not perfection!

So keep on the sunny side. You should be happy that you've made it a week. Keep going.

PS congrats on the new job!

relapses are just part of the fight brother. I started this early December and went about 10 days. I haven't made it more than 5 in a row since, but if you add up ALL my relapses since Dec, they amount to a fraction of how often I WAS fapping before I started this journey. I have to believe that just reducing the PMO is reducing the dopamine releases in my head, and thus having a positive benefit. My hope id the reduced amounts of dopamine on my brain will eventually make a full reboot easier.

Hello "walid" and the rest of you guys. Walid, you are doing a great job man. I don't say this in a patronizing way; I really mean it. Regardless of whatever it is that we as humans are trying to improve in, it will always take a lot of hard work, dedication, persistence, and long-suffering. No matter how many times you relapse, don't loose focus and always remind yourself of what your motivation is. Continue to hang in there!
