I have had a serious problem for years with fapping; it's been unhealthy and humiliating, yet, until now, I was alone with my addiction. I just want to be free of this! Quitting has always been what I promised myself but never could actually do. I hope that I can reach freedom from fapping with all your help!

You definitely can be free of it! Just take it a day at a time, get connected with an accountability partner, and contribute here as much as possible. Share what you're going through so others (and you!) won't feel alone in this, because we're not!
