    I've been doing phenomenoal, no doubt. Last time I relapsed was 90 days from my birthday in may. Decided it was the perfect time for a change. 90 days of no PMO to start off my adult life. I've been working hard, keeping a strong mind, cold showers, lifting weights and exercise, getting closer to my faith, doing homework.

    I just saw a picture on twitter that I shouldn't have clicked on to expand, I don't know why I clicked on it, I was even covering it with my hand but I caught a glimpse. I'm panicing a little, despite what I've accidentally seen before, I feel like this time I truly failed because I clicked on the image, albeit for a second. I don't wanna feel like a failure, what can I do to get over this?

    I applaud you for coming here for support and counsel. I would say that it's good that you didnt give in all the way. You held your ground and played good defense. Stay strong and please don't feel like a failure cause you're not.

    No problem man. I know exactly how you feel. You know, those times where you are doing so well and then you come across some NSFW (Not Safe For Work) pics or content and even though it's no where near close to porn you still feel bad because it threatens your progress. I have learned that as long as I don't actively and consciously seek out porn or sexually stimulating material then I'm good.

    Thank you for understanding. I feel almost 100% again. Still havent used my cold shower today. I will feel great after that and some video games. I also just ran to the end of my street and back, which ive never actually done. Gave me some freedom and time to think. Thanks again my friend.

    Dude you are beyond awesome for taking cold showers. I used too, but haven't in a while. How long have you been doing it and how do you feel?
