    i since 17/08/2020 i stop with pmo, but today i sexted with my gf, i work in the ships and i cant see her, but the point is , does that count as a relapse? or i have to reset my day count of pmo?. i will really appreciate your answer. in my opinion , i dont think that as a relapse, but i want to ear yours. so if you can , could you help me?

    When you have a partner you kind of have to set your own rules for what a relapse is. For me NoFap is no porn, masturbation, sex, oral, or intentionally causing yourself to orgasm.

    I agree with you, but my opinion doesn't matter. Your reboot... your path, you have to decide what is good and what is bad for you.

    Personally I wouldn't count any sexual act involving another consenting person as a relapse. It's nofap, not never have sex or do anything fun in your life ever. But then again as others have pointed out, it depends on your personal goals.
