I keep relapsing after 8 days

    I just relapsed after being on a 11 day streak. I keep getting past a week and everyday after that week I get super strong urges and think about it all day. Im a very busy man I have a lot of stuff I do but when im not doing something im thinking about relapsing. I always feel like its too much energy.

    You need to control your devices, screentime and internet-access. I've written a lot of replies recently giving advice on this topic, so feel free to look at my profile recent activity.

    Basically this is an internet addiction that requires privacy. So don't be alone and bored and plugged-in to the mobile network and internet 24/7.
