I lasted 6 days

From Sunday to Friday afternoon (right now), it was absolutely fine. Until today. I couldn't fight my urges today like I had done these past few days. Maybe it was because I was left alone in the house with the computer and had boredom setting in. Or maybe it was because it's Valentine's Day and a certain film about fifty shades coming out.

Anyway, I hope this is a lesson learned and that next time I can go even longer. I'm not too disheartened, I've just got to keep going I guess.

 

Thanks Chris, next time around I plan to double it, then triple it, from there who knows.

I'm realistic with my goals and am not expecting to get rid of this like flicking off a light-switch. These things take time.

 

I feel ashamed to say that I've gone back to my old ways and I do feel ashamed for watching v extreme pornographic videos and images.

But I'm not giving up on myself. I will better those 6 days. I WILL AND CAN DO IT.
