What little success (or moderate) I had in the last 3 months was due to the face I was living without a computer at home.

Now, with my new laptop, I have unlimited porn and distractions every single second of the day, one click away.

The constant new stuff that internet provides - this is a powerful temptation for me. I guess I crave novelty all the time. Probably most people are the same, if so the internet is a curse not a blessing.

Instead of delivering better lives, longer lifespans, lovable and loyal partners, honest friends, good standards of living - we as a species have delivered a new drug (novelty provided by internet).

In the past the slaves and peasants rebelled against those who had power over them, because they were discontent. Now, the average person is content, not because he are not at the bottom of society, but because he is constantly drugged by the internet novelty drug.

I feel my brain is overloaded with crap (i.e.: cat videos) I constantly watch on youtube. Addicted to novelty and porn. Worse, every single thing worth achieving takes time and effort. Meaning if I am motivated at first, after a few hours it gets old and my motivation disappears.

change the set up, and every time you seat on that computer( or laptop) don't do anything related to P, just watch videos and games whatever, dilute the signal of "when I'm seating here, I'm gonna do PMO", and get the devil out of your room. it works for me. good luck!

The easiest solution is to remove your access to the internet from environments which will seed temptation. Having a designated computer area on a desk in an open space (kitchen/dining area) will make you less likely to access such content in the openness of the environment. This worked for me and I found that I'm a lot more productive.

Laptops are a lot different because obviously the mobility of them can lead to the fruition of temptation. If you try making your laptop as unmovable as possible, maybe plugging in an Ethernet cable for internet access so moving it and unplugging this cable will terminate internet connection. There's so many ways but all you need to do is act upon it. Be proactive with this, if your first solution fails, find another way. I know there is a cliche but If there is a will there's a way.

    Blessed day brother,
