Hi. I made 10 years masturbation from 13 years old and I feel ED now and I feel that I am not interested with woman now (low libido) and etc. I am in Nofap for 2 weeks. And last nights now I can normal erection with my fantasies in my bed. It can be 10-15 minutes If I continue to fantasies. But when I stand up, after 5-10 seconds I begin to lose my erection. I also tested to watch porn in stand up and I also didnt get erection. (If I watched it in bed, I could get erection). I mean that without hands. I need touch my penis and when I dont touch, I quickly lose. (with hands I can get erection, but It is not hard, ~60%. It is not enough sex). But in bed or in sitting I think everything is normal. Is its reason fap and may it be normal after 3-4 months? And Must be it venous leak? I think If I had venous leak, I cant get erection in bed for long. Am I right? I am 23 now.

  2. Welcome to the community. I can't help with the venous leak but check the porn induced dysfunction section, I remember seeing this problem being discussed before.

Way too soon for you to reach any kind of "conclusion". Take it form an old fox...it's never a good idea to test anything. Especially not with porn!

The best thing you can do is relax and wait. Read about "flatlining" - it is a normal part of the process, and can take upt to a year or even more.

    Good luck!
