I was lost when I’ve been PMO for 4 years. When I try to quit PMO last year but I failed and I end up deleting my NoFap account for 4 months of not use because I couldn’t control my behavior of sexual as I was going back to PMO. As were in the new year, I will try again and not to fail again this year so that I can reboot my brain again!

A lesson I’ve learned from
Jordan Peterson about growth is it’s not linear it’s a sideways trend. As long as your new streaks are longer than your previous ones you’re moving in the right directions like beating a high score. Growth being linear is something wrong my experience was 1 and a million I watched a 2 min Jordan Peterson video about the dangers of masterbation and that was it over a 9 year habit done away with.
