    I just lost my streak watching porn, I want to know if the benefits that one presents when losing the streak are lost or are still in play

    They aren’t completely lost as long as you don’t binge watch and relapse several times over. Your brain still had one month of healing. Just make sure you don’t do any more damage.

    You don't lose all progress, just a bit as long as you don't binge. Don't worry about it too much and get back to work!
