  2. Visit this forum. Often. Contribute and learn from others.

Work on getting rid of access to whatever your strongest pull is right now. If it's internet porn. Lock it down and give someone else the password. When that is under control, work on whatever is your NEW weakest area.

Ask yourself what POSITIVE, healthy activities you are doing throughout the day which will redirect your attention, give you a sense of accomplishment and pride, and improve your physical life.

  3. It sucks man, i know. But youve got to keep trying. Use this site and find inspiration wherever you can. You can beat this, we all can.

  4. I’m sure you masturbated before and you’re still alive. Forgive yourself and start again. The sooner you get all the failures you need to go through the sooner you get better. You only fail when you stop trying.

Simple fix, stop thinking about not watching Porn. The more you think about it and browse the success stories/forums, the more likely you are to PMO. This is simple science, when you introduce a habit/activity and put a resistance towards it, you're only strengthening the urge to do it more. (Ex: Prohibition & Bootleggers) So contrary to what others may suggest, I suggest leaving your bedroom door open more, limit your time online in general. Go to places where you're involved in activities where you cannot PMO in public or in front of others. Forgive yourself and begin anew. Move on, whatever has happened in the past cannot be undone. It's a learning experience so the next time the urge comes around, you do what is necessary. Notice I didn't use "know what to do", instead go and do it, take action, and you will begin to see that you too can succeed on this journey.

P.S. I'm recovering as well and I can speak from when I had my longest streak of 14 days, I didn't even think about PMO and that led me to making strong decisions that impact my life positively. The reason it is so easy to succeed in life is because the majority 99% have given up or don't believe it is worth another try. Be the determining factor in your life!
